Sleep Coaching

You probably have a library of sleep books, but books are very little help when you are sleep deprived - especially when they all say something different. You need tailored support and a sleep plan that is unique to your family’s needs, desires and sleep history and doesn't rely on cry-it-out as the only method of teaching children to sleep. I offer in-person and virtual gentle sleep coaching.

  • One in-person visit for review, assessment and plan creation

  • Written custom Sleep Savvy plan

  • 4 half-hour phone calls for each day of the plan execution

  • Daily email support for one week (including the 4 days that you're executing the plan)


Virtual

 

Includes:

  • One hour phone review of intake and assessment

  • Written custom Sleep Savvy plan

  • 1 half-hour phone call on day 2 of plan execution

  • Daily email support for one week (including the 4 days that you're executing the plan)
